Concrete Adhesive Enhancer Application

1. Surface Preparation

Ensure that all oils, moisture, sand, dust, and other contaminants are completely removed from the substrate.

2. Air Spray Application

Preparation: Before use, thoroughly mix the coating to achieve a uniform consistency.

Caution: It is essential to maintain the correct ratio of base to hardener to avoid issues with drying or adhesion.

Mixing: After combining the base and hardener, mix well using a stirrer before application.

Avoid Excessive Thinning: Do not excessively dilute the primer, as it may affect its performance.

3. Environmental Conditions

The application should be carried out when the surface temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with an ideal relative humidity of 80% or lower.

4. Application Technique

Apply the primer with even, overlapping strokes to prevent pooling and ensure adequate coverage.

5. Curing Time

Allow sufficient curing time before applying additional coats or topcoats, following the product guidelines.
